Keep this page open during class. Everything we use today lives here, and you can come back after the workshop. We will practice first with Jake's completely fictional business, then use safe working copies from your own business.

Jake is our fictional pink-and-black Doberman entrepreneur. His business is intentionally ridiculous; the files and workflows are not. We can safely copy, upload, edit, break and rebuild Jake's business before touching real business material.

TOGETHER
Introductions, connect laptops, verify ChatGPT, Google and Netlify accounts, open the shared training files, and make sure you can find them again.
WATCH → ASK → DO
Watch Jake's business material become a professional branded, fillable document. Ask questions. Then repeat the workflow yourself using Jake's training business.
Pattern: source material → business context → request → refine → useful file → save it somewhere you understand.
PRINT IT — mobile workflow: After creating your own invoice or quote, move/open the finished document on your phone. One participant at a time will connect their phone to the workshop Bluetooth printer and print their document. The goal is to practice the complete real-world workflow: create → save → find/open on phone → connect to a device → print/share. Ask for help if you get stuck, but you will do the steps on your own device.
Why this matters: You can create or update a quote at a customer site, send the PDF immediately, or use a portable printer to hand them a physical copy without returning to an office.
WATCH → ASK
Watch photographed receipts become structured information, CSV data and a usable Google Sheet.
Pattern: messy visual information → structured data.
WATCH → ASK → DO
Use public information to understand opportunities, identify useful leads and organize practical follow-up actions.
Pattern: public information → interpretation → useful decision → next action.
DO → ASK
Create an AI Workshop - Working Copy folder with safe versions of your business materials, then build something useful for your actual business.
WATCH → ASK → DO
Watch simple website files get deployed to Netlify and become a real public website. Then deploy the training site or your own version.
Pattern: files you control → Netlify → public URL.
ASK → KEEP GOING
