A hands-on workshop from Señor Rosa

AI Business Lab.

Bring your laptop and a real business problem. Leave having used AI to make useful work—not just talked about what AI might do someday.

Who this is for

For the person doing six jobs before lunch.

You run the business, answer the phone, update the website, wrestle the spreadsheet, make the form, and somehow still do the actual work. You do not need to be technical. You do need to be curious.

1

No dedicated tech team

Use tools you can understand yourself, without waiting for a specialist.

2

Too much repetitive work

Documents, forms, files, and office tasks keep stealing time from work that pays.

3

Ready to work hands-on

We will build, test, ask questions, and fix things together.

What we'll actually do

Turn messy inputs into useful business tools.

We start with safe sample material, then apply the same patterns to working copies from your business.

Create a branded document

Polish a rough invoice, checklist, or customer document and make it reusable.

Work with real data

Turn receipt photos and public information into organized data and next actions.

Publish a simple webpage

Improve website files with AI and use Netlify to put them online.

Build a useful form

Plan clear fields and a workflow that makes responses easier to use.

Organize files and context

Make safe working copies and give AI reliable business context.

Make a process reusable

Turn one successful task into instructions you can use again.

“The goal is not to become a software engineer in three hours. It is to leave more capable than you arrived.”

What you'll leave with

Useful work—and a way to do it again.

  • At least one practical output you created in the lab.
  • Reusable patterns for documents, data, webpages, forms, and repetitive tasks.
  • Better digital literacy around files, working copies, links, and publishing.
  • The judgment to know what to verify and what information should stay private.

What to bring

Your laptop. Your business. One annoying problem.

After registration is live, attendees will receive additional preparation instructions through the unlisted training page.

  • A laptop and charger
  • A Google account with Google Drive
  • Access to ChatGPT Plus, purchased separately
  • Willingness to create or use a Netlify account

Bring useful working copies.
Logos, branding, photos, documents, spreadsheets, examples, or non-sensitive data can make the lab more relevant. Remove passwords, payment data, and private customer or employee information.
